Equipped with
Hobbyzone's innovative new anti-crash technology (ACT), the Firebird
commander 2 actually offers beginners a way to fly that greatly
reduces the threat of a crash.
ACT automatically
analyzes the way the Firebird Commander 2 is flying and ensures the
plane doesn't fall into a dangerous dive. Two sensors monitor
at the position of the plane in relation to the ground. When
the plane is flying level, the top center sees the sky, while the
bottom sees the ground. Together, they tell the onboard
computer that the plane is flying correctly. If the plane
enters a threatening dive, and the top sensor detects ground instead
of sky, the computer will correct the control input and reduce
throttle to help prevent the plan for crashing while the pilot
regained control. ACT allows flying to be fun without any additional
worry. Once the pilot has gained experience with the Firebird
commander 2, ACT can be turned off for more complete control and
increased maneuverability.
Along with the new ACT
to system, Hobbyzone has equipped the Firebird commander 2 with
X-Port technology that lets a pilot at exciting plug-in accessories
like the
Sonic Combat Module,
Arial Drop Module or
Night Flight
Module (all sold separately). Everything needed to get flying
is in the box, even batteries.
